REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
All guests must present proof of ticket purchase (PDF or mobile) at check in for entry. TICKETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONSITE AND MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE.
CAMPUS CARRY EXCLUSION
Pursuant to Policy III.3000.A Campus Carry, item 11, carrying of concealed weapons during this event is prohibited. Visit https://www.sanjac.edu/policy-iii3000a-campus-carry to review the San Jacinto Campus Carry policy.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
The San Jacinto College Marketing team will be taking photos the day of the event. The photos will be available for download by the following Wednesday, July 17 at www.flickr.com/sanjaccollege. Photos will also be uploaded to the San Jacinto College Alumni Facebook page. A photo booth station will be set up and pictures may be posted to the flickr account or the Facebook page.
REFUND POLICY
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
REENTRY POLICY
All guests must present proof of purchase (PDF or mobile) for re-entry to the event.
EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
The College will monitor weather and make the decision to reschedule or cancel the event if conditions are hazardous and unsafe. Refunds will be issued if the College cancels the event and is unable to reschedule.
